As a Receptionist, you are the face of our salon and play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients. You are the first and last point of contact, ensuring guests feel warmly welcomed upon arrival and leave with a great impression. Your responsibilities include managing our software system and coordinating bookings. Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, are essential.

Our Ideal Candidate...

• Is available for approximately 24 to 28 hours per week.

• Has proven experience: At least 3 years in a hospitality-related role, preferably as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing position.

• Exhibits a welcoming attitude: Friendly and professional with a demonstrated ability to provide excellent service.

• Possesses strong communication skills: Fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Is technically proficient: Experienced with software and phone systems, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

• Maintains a professional appearance: Presentable and adheres to an appropriate dress code.

• Is a true team player: Willing to collaborate with colleagues and fulfill various roles to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Has problem-solving skills: Capable of quickly and effectively addressing unexpected situations and resolving issues proactively.
