What You’ll Be Doing...

Our salons use the Zenoti booking system, which is fully operational across all locations. We’re seeking an analytically-driven, proactive Product Manager to help us fully leverage its capabilities. Your role will involve optimizing functionality, implementing new features, addressing salon queries, maintaining system configurations, and exploring data-driven developments. This role bridges Business (data) and IT.

You’ll have the autonomy to dive deep into this powerful tool and enhance it further. When salons make requests, you’ll evaluate their impact on the system and determine the best backend adjustments. You’ll also collaborate with various departments at our headquarters, analyzing data to understand how the system and new innovations impact daily operations.

This position offers a unique blend of digital and human elements. You’ll occasionally visit salons to gain insights and resolve complex issues.

Working with management, you’ll identify necessary innovations, expand system capabilities, and tackle diverse projects, such as integrating with our website, accounting software, and API connections.

We’re Looking for Someone Who... 

• Has at least an HBO level of work and thinking;

• Has 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a project environment;

• Is hands-on, takes initiative, and possesses strong communication skills;

• Has an affinity with the beauty industry and its systems and processes, and enjoys diving into these areas independently;

• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

• Is proficient in both Dutch and English.
